still a little bit of red highlight, but most natural blondes I know have that.

Well, here's my attempt. Firstly I adjusted levels, using the GIMP, bringing down some of the highlights of the Red channel. I then adjust colour balance, bringing blue slightly up (+23) and red down (-46). Looks better to my eyes. The teeth still aren't what I'd call a natural white though, and it still has a slight blueish cast to it (at least to my eyes, on this crappy monitor that isn't colour calibrated and is no doubt not helping me one iota).

bleh, that definitely looks too blue/green (my effort). See, I suck at digital editing!!! Here's another attempt, at simple auto fix using Digikam:
