Firstly I adjusted levels, using the GIMP, bringing down some of the highlights of the Red channel. I then adjust colour balance, bringing blue slightly up (+23) and red down (-46). Looks better to my eyes. The teeth still aren't what I'd call a natural white though, and it still has a slight blueish cast to it (at least to my eyes, on this crappy monitor that isn't colour calibrated and is no doubt not helping me one iota).
