I'd appreciate your thoughts on the merits between these two edits.

This photo was taken at night from my hotel room one January evening. I have things I like and dislike about both edits, and plan to spend more time on this photo to finish it. But I figured I would get some feedback before proceeding further with my work. Thanks for taking your time to look and I appreciate your honest assessment.
