I bought it from B & H in March 2012. Date code is UZ10. Lens is fantastic and no blemish to show except where hood goes on the body (normal). Comes with original cardboard box, lens case with keys, lens hood and soft cap for front. No manual - I am not sure if there was one in the box but I don't have it now but it can be downloaded from web if it exists. As I said lens looks like new. Lens is super sharp as you'd expect.
