Last weekend I came across this Barred Owl. It was pretty sleepy for the most part but not at all concerned about me. I was limited to a distance that filled more of the frame than i would have liked for the first two. I could move and inch right, left, forward or back without getting branches and clutter in front of the bird. I like the palm tree behind, made an interesting background.

Wonderful Barred work. The surrounds remind me of the Corkscrew in s.Florida where I imaged my first Barred.
