I ended up buying a new one for two reasons: Canon didn't have any refurbs in stock when I went to order it, and I have talked with a few people who had issues with Refurbed Mark II's. It seems from what I have read the new 7DII's don't have the focus issues some of the earlier cameras did. Zach--C&C is welcome on my photos
