i like this shot. ive over cooked the saturation a bit and a polarizer was used.
would you say this is a keeper or not. cant make my mind up ifts its sharp enough or in focus

Isolated trees look much better in this type of shot, of which I have shot several this winter. I can understand how this scene may have been beautiful and awe inspiring for you but it doesnt make a strong composition. My main problem with this is it appears to be out of focus and therefore nothing is really sharp with clear details. I also would have tried not to have lopped off the top of the trees and wouldnt have saturated it quite so much. I definently think there is potential in this scene (find a point of interest) and you'll have a good shot. one more thing, there is good lighting in this shot and exposure seems good. Richard Brown
