Canon 5D Mark III

Up for sale is my Canon 5D Mark III. This is an outstanding camera! I am selling it to raise funds for the upcoming Canon 1D X Mark II.

I am the original owner and purchased this USA model new. This low-mileage camera only has 24,808 shutter activations and has only been used to record 45 seconds of video. (I’m a stills-only sort of guy.)

This camera body has been very well taken care of! It comes from a non-smoking pet-free home. It has never been dropped or dinged. When I received the camera new, there was a very tiny light surface scratch just below the LCD on the back of the camera, just to the right of where it says Canon. You can see it on the picture that shows the back of the camera. It is barely noticeable, but I tried to angle my picture to show it better. I always disclose everything about the gear I own and sell. Otherwise, the camera is in fabulous condition and is very clean.

This camera body comes with all of the original accessories. The Canon camera strap is brand new and has never been used. Everything will be wrapped up in the original packaging as if it were new.

Please note: the box in my picture below is for a 5D Mark III with a 24-105L lens, but I am only selling the camera body and all of the original camera accessories.

Thank you Camlee0814 and the others that have expressed interest to me this morning via PMs. Earlier this morning, I have a Craigslist buyer that wants to buy the camera. He contacted me before the other folks contacted me here on POTN via PM...and we came to an agreement, so the Craigslist buyer is currently first in line.

I am meeting with him on Thursday and will update this thread the moment the transaction is done. If the Craigslist deal falls through, then it will still be available here on POTN and will be available to the first person that is able to send the money.

Will provide an update in two days.

Update: Sold!

The Craigslist buyer just contacted me and said he could not pull together the money, so my 5D Mark III is now available again. I will contact those that reached out to me via PM in a few moments to let them know this is available again.
