Go sell on Amazon, it might sell faster! (some stuff anyways) Just finally got rid of the 2nd 433mhz transmitter/receiver I had laying around. Now to get rid of XTR16, umbrella reflector/kit and a couple other minor odds and ends....

I was going to pre-order but I think I will wait and see if Edward is going to have a Cheetah version since we now know that the Flashpoint version is going to be the same as the Godox.

I'm all flashpoint and so far I've had 2 warranty items with flashpoing and 1 customer service pricing thing and flashpoing/adorama has done a wonderful job so I'll stick with them.

I may have to do just that.

Not a different version just some different labelling - I will just get it from where I can

At one point the Flashpoint was going to be a different version, not just a re badged one.

The separate Flashpoint version may well still happen, its just that there are some issues still to work through, and theres possibly a bit less pressure for Godox to get things moving along now, so I really don't know how this will play out right now.

I wish it wasn't at an uncertain time just now, otherwise I would have asked and suggested Flashpoint announce whats in the works so people could see for themselves if its worth waiting for for them.

At this stage I'm hoping its still something for the (hopefully not too distant) future.

Already pre-ordered mine. No more lighting upgrades for me. Still got much to sell.

But the AD2000SUX leak is just days away!

I was hoping they would improve the focus assist, but looks like they relocated it at the bottom of the transmitter.

I just put in an pre-order for XproC. I think I'm done with my lighting and any camera upgrade for a while.

Just bought 5D IV, 85 1.4 Art, 135 1.8 Art, and 2 AD200 plus this transmitter this year along with Feisol carbon fiber tripod.

Lighting kit: 3 x 860 II, 2 AD200, 1 AD600. SMDV 110, SMDV 70, 36" softlighter and 2 X1T and Xpro. I think it's still cheaper than 1 Profoto B1 :-). What a great time to be a strobist!

Yea you are good, lol.

I recently purchased the X1T-F trigger so I will wait until it doesn't work anymore before I upgrade.

Godox has converted quite a few people at this price point. 7 years ago none of these options were affordable.

I think it was barely 3 years ago TTL in a studio strobe even available and if it was I'm sure it was on the expensive kits.

the 5 things that make the xpro better then the X1

1. Group control modeling light
2. Mulit-group and one-group
3. Group buttons on the side.
4 TCM TTL to M reading
5. Large Screen

I hope Godox fix the alignment issue between the button and onscreen group menu. It just small thing but kinda annoy me.
