Hi Folks,

I just brought a Godox AD200 but i am having same trouble with HSS and the Canon T3.

Any shutter speed above 1/200, HSS range, i get banding on top of the photo.
I have 02 Canon T3, one is an 1100D, and both have this problem.

Here are some tests i did:

Canon T3 + X1c + AD 200 = HSS banding

Canon T3 + X1c + X1c Receiver + YN568 II = HSS banding

Canon T3 + YN568 II on camera = HSS OK

Canon 5D + X1c + AD 200 = HSS OK

Canon 5D + X1c + X1c Receiver + YN568 II = HSS OK

Canon 5D + YN568 II on camera = HSS OK

It is safe to assume a have a compatibility problem between Canon T3 and the godox transmitter?

Yes, i updated the x1 to the lastet firmware.

Did you try increasing power? Also, perhaps there is an issue with the 1st curtain sync on the T3? Not sure if you can play with any of the curtain sync settings or not to help on the T3 though...
