Went out looking for the annual Snow Goose visitors today; while we found them, they weren't in easily reachable and/or photogenic locations. I did, however, find these somewhat cooperative standins:
Song Sparrow watching from the shrubs:

Marsh Wren; popped up just long enough for a couple of snaps. These little guys really *are* the same color as their environment....IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/Ex1qar
Great Blue Heron; a bit camera shy, relocating:IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/EwDVkU
Tundra Swans, with a couple, possible Trumpeters hiding with 'em:IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/FsgVvW
Thanks for looking in!
