I have a converted (LifePixel) 20D, and have no problems setting the WB when shooting daytime IR, or natural IR. But I gave a Sunpak 622 with the IR head, and it's fine in B&W, but I'm trying to work out the WB for it at night so I can do color as well.
Does anyone have any idea what I should use to set the WB when using the flash? Because it will be used at night only, and the IR head will (should) be the only IR source, I think I just need to set it once, and be good for a while. Would using the same target (nice patch of good grass) 'illuminated' by the flash be the way to go?
Anyone else ever use the 622 with the IR head?
