It was an uncharacteristically nice day here in SW British Columbia (not pouring buckets), so I grabbed the camera and headed out to the George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary. Here are the results of the outing...

Now that is what i would call a canny day out. A fine set indeed and the hummingbird is my fave.

It would seem that my hummer was mis-ID'd It is a female rufous hummingbird.
