That was the first thing I thought of too, Joayne. :-)

BTW, cool image, Don! The processing works on it.

Everybody did so well this week. Well done!!!

I was in the park and saw pretty Spring flowers and thought of the thread. Took some shots with the 300/4  and tonight decided to try out the filters in Lightroom. I really liked what Infrared did to the image and I took it from there. That filter did come with an awfully grainy look though, but I still prefer it over a number of other edits I tried, so here goes.

Stina....fantastic shot with the bee.

I went down to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival for these.

Thank you. I like both of your shots and I really like the color shots in your link.

Stina, that's a really nice shot of a bee on the flower! Nice & sharp. I know what you mean about trying to get a good one. Sharp focus can be challenging with them.

Thanks, they were really fast and hard to keep up with.

I like how the 1 darker flower stands out and the others just lead to it. Nicely done. I haven't tried the IR filters much except in passing. I may play with them more before long.

One more from me. I'm doing some testing of Helicon Focus with a variety of images. Here was tonight's best test. This is a 16 shot stack done with jpg only. I was trying to test Helicon Remote on my old phone and had a glitch. When I went back to shooting manually with the camera, I realized after the fact it only captured jpg. I feel kinda cheated not getting my usual RAW files. :-| Still, it came out fairly decent. Did the b/w conversion in PS only, no Silver Efex this time.

It was challenging to wrangle the seeds into a shape I wanted for the composition. I found myself holding my breath and then turning sideways to exhale.
