Downy Woodpecker shows Hairy Woodpecker some patience!

The smaller Downy Woodpecker was quite comical as she waited for her turn at the suet feeder! When the female Hairy Woodpecker was finished, the Downy happily jumped forward!

Nice shots Sandy. Nice story and cute little Downy. The Hairy is bigger and has a longer beak, I love it when I see them both in our suet cakes.
