So, now that my Windows 10 install issue has been fixed, I'm having a small LR6 issue. All my catalogs are showing except my 2016. The files for all the catalogs are in the same place, but LR isn't picking this one up.
How do I get it relinked?

It's missing in LR. It's still on my desktop, just not getting pulled into LR. Facebook

Tony, I want to import all of them - the entire catalog. It's a couple thousand images. I have my filing system by Year (catalog) and then by date taken. 2014 and 2015 are showing but 2016 isn't despite being in the same folder as the other 2. Facebook

Mar 30, 2016 13:41 | #9 Ok then, Close LR go to the 2016 catalog find the lrcat file and double click on it. It associates itself with LR and will tell LR to open it. I come here for your expert opinion. Please do not hesitate to critique or edit.

That's not working. When I follow those steps, it's making me select each individual picture. I can't bring the whole catalog in. That is not possible; the only file formats supported in the Open Catalog navigation pane are .lrcat, .lrbd and .aglib. Those are not image formats nor are they Raw formats. Your catalog should have the .lrcat suffix. If you can't find it there, you have not navigated to the right place - it would be very unusual to have the catalog file It's missing in LR. Are you saying that you have three separate Lightroom Catalog files (*.lrcat files), one for each year and you can see the three files in Explorer/Finder ? If so, do as Travis suggests - double-click on 2016.lrcat. Or are you using the word "catalog" in some more general sense, a group of photo files in a folder titled 2016, and not as a reference to a Lightroom database file? Elie / אלי
