Hi All,
This probably sounds counter-intuitive, but I'm planning on shooting with a new model in the area who is a totally different body shape to any I have worked with before. She is 6ft 3", 35" hips and chest, and 30" waist, with a very slender figure.
I've only worked with "curvier" body shapes before, and I'm concerned that I may pose her in a way that looks unflattering. I usually aim to accentuate curves by arching backs, popping hips and so on, however I'm concerned about her looking bony if I try any such poses. She's interested in more vintage/alternative/gothic styles which I'm happy to work with.
Does anyone have any tips regarding posing, lighting and perhaps even wardrobe recommendations? I tried searching for "slim model posing" in google and just got a heap of results on how to make yourself look skinny in selfies..
Thanks in advance!
