But can I put the flash on that S-mount, *and* use the beauty dish I linked, the one that doesn't use bowens mount - or, will they crash into each other?

(I realize I'm intended to use bowen-mount dishes.)

Yes you could do it. The bracket will clamp the light and the dish will slip into the space around the light bulb.

Yes, you can. The S-mount won't interfere with the Godox-native beauty dish thingy.

The beauty dish you linked to is designed to fit the Godox 360 directly without an intermediate mounting system.

I would only buy from Cheetah stand. After sale support is 2nd to none.

Good luck truing to get something repaired from an amazon sale or someplace else like that. I have had 1 light fixed do to a drop on my part. It cost me $60.00

Had 2 batteries replaced... NC through cheetah stand and I got them back in less than a week. Im a wedding photographer. I cant wait for stuff to get fixed during the busy season. I need it yesterday.

Ed at cheetah stand understands this and takes 100% care of his clients. 3 times i needed it yesterday and cheetah stand came through every time

No Brainer

He would be just as safe with Adorama.

Helen is a wonderful asset for Adorama, and would always get results for anyone here who has a problem.

Adorama and Cheetah both warranty factory defects and both have great service.

But the only US Godox repair service is Cheetahstand at this time for broken and non factory defect issues.

I'm sure Cheetahstand is great. I bought all three of my 360s for Adorama because NO ONE could match the price and their service is also of the highest quality. I have no qualms recommending Adorama. I hope I can do business with Cheetahstand at some point but they'll have to compete on pricing too.

As I stated before you can buy from any one you want.

I don't work for Cheetahstand, I just back the products I use and the Companies I buy from.

Yes I pay a few dollars more for the same product I could buy any where else, but I have the comfort that I can get in house repair service.

Indeed. I don't consider this a competition between Adorama and CheetahStand. In fact, I've purchased a number of things for our studio from Adorama. But when it comes to my lighting gear, CheetahStand has proven themselves for me time and time again, whether with big items or small.

We have a working studio, so for us some things about a business like CheetahStand transcend the few $$ difference in price. You learn that you can build a relationship with a company, which is a rather rare thing these days. So while it's easy to recommend both companies, it's also easy for me to recommend CheetahStand first in that list. :-)

Everyone has to stand by their own personal experience. So I "get" why others might prioritize a lower price first.
