Just to make sure we're clear
I bought my elinchrom, profoto, my camera, and lens threw Adorama and back them on great service.
I just chose another direction on my Godox gear.

I think, at least in the US, its safe to say that local resellers provide reasonable customer service on OEMed products such as the Godox light. Especially when they relabel them.
The customer service risk increases with e-commerce sites such as Amazon and eBay where the product may originate from a number of sources, most of which do not have the capability or interest in providing after sale support.
Generally, if its shipping from China, one should expect that there is no warranty or customer service recourse worth considering.
Its also important to remember that the customer service and warranty support offered by a local reseller is an incremental cost to them above the cost of the item which was probably purchased FOB at the Godox factory. i.e. they paid to get the container from China to their dock in the US.

Same exact thing for us, as well. We've got an account with Adorama and use it when we need it because we know they're reliable. I also greatly enjoy getting lighting gear via CheetahStand because they prove themselves time and time again. :-)

Yes you could do it. The bracket will clamp the light and the dish will slip into the space around the light bulb.

I started using those S brackets plus the 360s indoors and outdoors.

it's handy that they also hold my Canon speedlites as well as the 360s.

So far its been very good for holding softbox, stripbox, beauty dish, umbrellas of Bowens mount, and stil allowing use of Godox's own modifiers.

I know! They're fantastic! I use them with every modifier I have. :)

I have confidence in dealing with both CheetahStand and Adorama. My purchase decision is whichever has a better deal. If the product is identical and the price is the same, then my first choice would be CheetahStand. Why? Edward Tang is super fast and gives you personal attention: full satisfaction guaranteed every time. If it weren't for Helen at Adorama, I wouldn't deal with them. Helen is an asset to Adorama, and she's the only one who gives me confidence dealing with Adorama. Adorama is like any other store with non-personal bureaucratic process that can really frustrate the customers. That's where Helen comes in and makes everything all right.

Very well said. Edward sets the bar in regards to first class customer service. I will use Adorama on occasion, but Cheetahstand is my first choice for Godox gear. Having a technical problem with lighting or camera gear can be an issue that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth....

Hope this helps,

 I do appreciate this - but I'm sure I'm not irreplaceable! (Not that I'm planning to go anywhere, at least until the mortgage is paid off....)

Could it be Helen is a pseudo name for an excellent support group at Adriana...?

Dunno. Has Adriana paid off her mortgage?
