Eoscount not recognizing 7D MKII

Eoscount is not recognizing my 7D MKII. Any ideas. Anyone using something else to get a shutter count.

I used this with my 7D2 and it worked fine. http://www.direstudio.​com/shuttercount/ (external link)
Plus you can keep it and use it any time you want...but does cost a few $...
