A few months ago I purchased a 7dmk2 body that included an extra battery and a Ruggard shoulder bag . Only reason I purchased the body in kit form was because it was the same price as a regular body plus it came with that extra battery. I thought the bag was going to be a throwaway trinket.
I was pleasantly surprised with the little shoulder bag. It was nicer than I expected. So much so that I took the risk of buying a Ruggard Legion 65 messenger bag last week. It too was much better built than I had anticipated.
Most of my bags are Lowepro with one or two Tamracs and a Kata. I was looking for a messenger style bag but didn't want to spend too much. This messenger bag I recieved looks well built and well padded. My question is about durability.
Has anyone here used Ruggard bags for any amount of time? How well do they hold up? While I am happy with my new messenger bag at this time, I would hate to have it self destruct/fall apart in a short period of time smashing my equipment in the process.
