Sibil, this is kind of cool, I can’t tell if the rocks are sitting in a small pool water or are embedded in something…

Jeece, the boy’s face almost looks as though you’ve photoshopped it in (not a criticism, I like it a lot).

Lisa, I’ve tried to get shots like this before but they’ve never turned out this good, love the colours.

Don, my macros never seem to come out as nice as this, great processing and bokeh. I like the square crop.

Winner is
Jeece

Second
Lisa

Third
Don

Thanks for playing…all yours Jeece!

Thanks. Rocks from the yard sitting in the kitchen sink filled with soap water. Long exposure as I am spraying the soap water to eliminate bubbles. My first try (i.e. long exposure) at this. it was fun.

Congratulations to Jeece - excellent shot! I had dug out my ND filter and planned to get a shot and enter but was completely frustrated by our ISP having problems at the weekend so I couldn't get on the internet at all.vmad

Thanks for the kind words! It was actually a lucky shot, I was about a month or so into my E-M10's ownership and my first try at panning with it. Seeing my kids go around in the rides gave me the idea, but I think I was too close... of the 30+ clicks I shot, only 2 turned out OK but this one is the most spectacular - I couldn't really believe it myself when I reviewed the day's photos when I got home. :-D

New challenge is up: Breaking the rules!
