It's seems crazy, but in 14-15 years, 1 TB cards will be the norm for everyday use. (Based off the rule of data needs doubling every 3 years.)

My images from my 5D2 are in the 20-25 meg neighborhood and i get like a thousand photos on a 32 gig card. So doubling the file size still has me at over 500 photos on a 32, and 1,000 on a 64. We're talking like 5,000+ photos even at 50 megs a file. That is way more than a couple large images.
