2016 March Air Show (Thunder over the Empire)

Howdy all,
I had a great time at the March Air Show this year. I was able to get media credentials for the show and was able to ride on a C-17 during a refueling operation with a KC-135. That was plain Sick! :P

Nice shots! It was my first air show. My pictures weren't that great.

All the people with media & press credentials were treated to either a flight on the C-17 or the KC-135

The vast majority were shot with Canon 500mm F4L II

Thanks. I have the 600 mkii, but since it was my first air show I used the 100-400 mkii. I really like pic number 2.

Great set. Looking forward to more throughout the season, including a few of the new paint scheme on the CF 18 Demo Team.
