Hello,
I currently use Lightroom 3 to process my photos and have not yet upgraded to any of the newer versions because I've always been happy with what LR3 can do for me, I have no problem processing my RAW images from my Canon 50D in the program and have been using it for years now, but I recently purchased a Canon SX 50HS and LR3 does not support the RAW images for processing. Does anyone know of another program that does? I've considered upgrading to LR5 and I'm assuming the newer version will probably support this newer camera, but does anyone know offhand what other image processing programs out there might process the RAW images from the SX50HS?

Canon 80D, Canon EF 17-40L, Canon EF-S 18-55mm/ Canon EF-S 55-250mm/ Canon EF 28-135mm/ Canon EF 50mm 1.8f

I would strongly suggest getting a trial version of Lightroom 6. Adobe introduced a completely new processing engine in LR4 which is a big improvement over the older one in LR3. They also introduced new features in LR 4, 5 and 6 that are well worth having.
