Holey moley. Kinda reminds me of cell shading in video games or something. A game early in development, ..or FSX in 10 years lol.

That aside yes i like it. The varied sizes of rooftops/ a section of street low in the FG leading you in/ nice clouds/ the center building with the spire is positioned nicely too imo.
Id be tempted to put a light vignette with that building in the centre and dodge that building a touch. As it is lost a little in the maze around it.
The hills in the distance are a tad blue and distracting.

I think this image has good potential, but I would crop the sky out so the eye is forced to stay within the urbanized area. With the sky included, it opens up the landscape, and reduces the impact of the city's density.
