I'm guessing that there are multiple factors. DSLR sales across the industry have fallen 40% since 2012 from 16m then to 9.7m last year. Couple that with small incremental changes between models causing fewer to want/need to upgrade and sellers trying to get higher prices and you have slower used equipment sales as well.


Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

I don't know what the stats say, but the forum seems to have dropped off with the "upgrade" and not bounced anywhere close to completely back. I know I don't frequent any forums because I appreciate the craft and skill of the builder. It's about the content. I visit POTN less and less, and will probably see it fade off my radar completely in the near future.
