B&H and Adorama are shut down until Sunday. Period. The Passover holiday is one of the high holidays and I'm pretty certain that they shut down most of their automated systems with the rest of the business. They're taking orders but won't process them until Sunday.

The good news is that, since the Sabbath is Saturday they'll be in full swing on Sunday, May 1st.

You won't get anything from them until then.

Hopefully they can work through a week's backlog and incoming shipments quickly enough to get these out with Monday's carriers.

I have to call them on Sunday to swap which card I'm charging, if possible. (Bosses orders) If I get any info I'll post it.

Thankfully Saturday is the Sabbath....could have been longer.
But you know to B&H/Adorama it's just another camera.

cwphoto,

Sweet!!! Thank you for posting this! And you get the prize for posting the first POTN pics of your new arrival. Two thumbs up!

I also love how Australia is getting the 128 GB CFast card. Aside from being double the capacity, its a faster card too!

Cheers,
Bryan

You guys that are getting these. what brackets are you using to put on the bottom. I dont like the secure plates on promedias plate as it tends to dig into body and leave marks....looking at this universal one.......http://www.promediagear.com …sal-L-Bracket-_p_135.html (external link)

TIA

Thanks for the welcome.

First glance is the customisation options have increased quite a bit - I imagine swapping cameras with someone and having no idea how to take a picture, lol.

Cheers, this new CF card seems insane - it's cool that they bundled it in, as I'm sure they're not cheap.

I was going to hit up the RRS store next - but we're getting screwed on the cross-rates, and I'm in no rush to use a tripod over the next few weeks.

RRS isn't ready yet.

I spoke with them last week and they don't expect to have a camera until next week so they won't have a bracket until June.

They won't even take pre-orders yet.

According to the rep I spoke with it's possible that the 1Dx L plate will work. I'll know on Tuesday +/-.

I did buy one of their generic mounting plates (MPR-73) just in case.
