LJ3Jim Goldmember More info | Sep 08, 2017 15:42 | #4040 When I was processing my airshow photos, I noticed that the 1DX2's sensor was pretty dirty (story continues below): I decided to send the body to Canon for cleaning, and I asked them to check for any possible oil leaks. I got the camera back today, and CPS said that the spots were dust, not oil. I think that's possible. I do attach/detach the 1.4x III fairly frequently. Also, the 100-400 II does pump air through the body, and it was dusty at the airshow. In any case, the sensor is much cleaner now. Image editing ok; C&C always welcome.

I looked at the specs of this camera on dxomark and the low light iso rating is 3200+.. wow..
