I agree with Mike - the 1DX2 does produce excellent files!

I don't get this at all, why would you only remove them if the client requested? Surely you would remove them regardless. It just looks like you don't care.

It's a proof file, so I'm pretty sure what Mike meant is he'll remove them if the client actually chooses to purchase that file, not if they specifically request that he removes the dust. No reason to put in that level of effort for files that aren't being sold.

My dad was a WW II veteran. He died about a year after the memorial was dedicated. He never got to see it in person, but my mom has visited. Your photo is a wonderful interpretation of that place.

Exactly

Not going to waste my time on a proof file

as a matter of fact, I dont FINAL EDIT any files unless a client is going to purchase the file, print the file or place it in an album or on a wall

Time is $$$ in this business. If your wasting your time editing images that are going to wind up in the trash can, you are being foolish and you dont care about your own personal time with family, friends and personal projects. I shoot 25-30 weddings a year and we have a very successful portrait studio business. We edit what is being purchased and toss the rest. I use my free time to have a normal life. While I love photography and do lots of photography personal projects from a Hobbyist perspective, I am also a working pro and treat the business side accordingly.

We use proof files so customers can decide what the want us to Final edit
