Both sensors in question are full frame (1Dx2 and 5Ds) The 1.5 was converting pixels on target with a 400mm on a 5Ds vs a 600mm on a 1DX2.. 1.5x is the difference between 400mm and 600mm. ...do try to keep up ![]() haha. there in lies the problem. i'm slow like that. I don't now which version he has, I'm assuming version 2. Julian

The equipment you'll leave at home will be the equipment you'll need the most!
