Thanks. Looking forward that. I have heard a lot of good stories like yours. When we were in Costa Rica I took some pretty powerful anti inflammatories and T3's. After the T3 kicked in I got about an hour where I felt nothing and wondered if this is what it will be like again one day. Image Editing OK

FWIW, it seems like the Otus 55 and 85 meters about 2 stops too dark with the 1DX Mark II, while the Otus 28 is fine. If anyone else has both the 1DX2 and Otus lenses, I would greatly appreciate it if you can check this (and I can also make sure it isn't just my camera )Have you tried turning off all of the in-camera lens corrections? Although these only affect jpegs, some other camera functions do seem to be tied into them. E.g. see here: http://www.canonrumors.com …d-x-mark-ii-sigma-lenses/

If that's the case (and no one else here is able to give you any good ideas), then I would definitely report the bug to Canon so they can add it as one of the fix actions in their next firmware update.

Canon did reply with a generic "sorry, can't support third party lenses, just use exposure compensation" email but we'll see what Zeiss says.
