Chemcial to keep water sticking to a bottle

I heard there is a chemical spray that you can spray on a beer bottle to prevent water from sliding down. I believe it is widely used in product/food photography. This chemical spray is fairly cheap and can be found in pharmacies. Does anyone know is the name of the spray?

+1 for glycerine, you can mix it with water to get smaller drops and/or runnier drops.
