Just booked a 11 day Oct trip to Kenya. First camp is Offbeat Mara a private reserve east of the Mara triangle. I know very little about this area but what I have found on line looks good, anyone been there? Second camp is Little Governors that doe's safaris in the Masi Mara, I did hear a lot of good reports on this.

That's awesome!
Is this going to be primarily a photography trip? If so, what subject matter are you most interested in photographing?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Photography is the primary thing but this is my second trip to Africa and I think one could really enjoy Africa without a camera, it is a magical place.
Having said that I have a few on the bucket list. At Offbeat we can stay out until 10pm so I would like to get some sunset silhouettes of Elephant, giraffe, and a Leopard in a tree. I have also seen where the guests were out of there vehicle laying on rocks at the rivers edge getting shots of Elephants on the other side drinking (low angle shots).

Little Governors camp is the area where the Cheetah have been climbing up on the vehicle's, now if I could fill the frame with a 20mm lens that would be one off the bucket list. I think I will also have a go at a starry night sky as well, never done one so I will have to read up on that. Hope I get lucky and get one off the bucket list
