Months ago, my password was apparently reset without my permission.
Actually, I'm curious if your database charset or login rules changed and couldn't handle the password I was using?

Anyway, I was unable to recover my account. *** I even sent an e-mail requesting assistance, for which I got no response. ***

I didn't want to make a new account.
That was a while ago, now this one has had much more activity; is there any way of getting the "v2" removed from my name, and killing the old account?

Please take into account that I did everything I could, including trying to contact you, to resolve this rather than making a new account. My goal wasn't to circumvent your rules (and why would I make it obvious with "v2?")

Just FYI: we have a strict "permanent ban" policy of double-accounts. In this case as there was no usage overlap and no intent to hide the facts, I'll let it pass. I also checked IP usage for both accounts and they were a positive match.

I have renamed your old account to icor1031(old) and banned it permanently.

Didn't get a response, or it failed to send. I seem to remember waiting for a response, so I think it sent correctly.
