Not so many contributions this week, but some great shots.
If this were a competition my vote would go to Lisa's kitty in the cage, walking out. That is a great shot, Lisa.
Also love your lady bugs, Stina. A great idea and well photographed.
And John's shots, the first especially.
InPhoto, love that shot. Maybe that's a bad lens, but it works well here.
Pete, well done with a couple of well thought out shots.
Benetoite, also well done with the Lord of the Rings.
And I love Joayne's birds! That is a beauty of a bird, Jo. I wish we had them here. And great shots too.
My problem this week was
1. too many options as there are leading lines everywhere
2. too many choices for obvious leading lines and I'm not good enough for that stuff to make it special
3. beautiful weather which made me go to the country side every day to shoot birds
So, I'm following Joayne's example with a couple of bird shots. They're not my best but I thought they fit the theme the best.
Lots of leading lines for this little fellow. It's a Sedge Warbler and this is where he lives.

More of a vertical line here. A Black-tailed Godwit on a pole, close to the breeding grounds.
It's not really a bird shot but a habitat shot. The country side is so extraordinarily beautiful right now with the fields filled with wild flowers and the birds breeding in there. I exposed this shot to the right as much as I dared to get an image that would be light, warm, sunny and a reflection of how I have been feeling all week: happy as can be.
