Anybody using a HR2 hub?

Mine is working fine with usb3 connection. But with a thunderbolt connection none of my cards will mount. Though each of my 3 Macbook Pros see the hub when connected by thunderbolt (reported in the system report).

Thoughts?

The unit should have been supplied with a separate power supply which is needed.

Only Thunderbolt 10.8.5 or higher is supported so check what you have. Also, Lexar says to download and install from http://www.lexar.com/support/downloads (external link) the Thunderbolt 2 driver to ensure Windows PC compatibility.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Lexar. Contacted them about this issue, they gave me an RMA number and just a couple days after they received my troubled unit a replacement arrived at my door. And it works perfectly.

Always nice to be able to post about a company still providing great customer service.
