The moss was that green shot in bright conditions but I like it. Feel free to enable me to learn more.

It's a good shot as is. A bit "busy" or overwhelming with detail. If you can shoot this again, see if you can move your location to the right a bit and get less of the shrubery in frame and more of the waterfall. It might mean you have to stand IN the water (brrrrr).

And also, you will still need a tripod. Try a 4X Neutral Density filter and a small aperture so you can use a longer exposure time...2 or 3 seconds, to make the water more interesting.

Keep trying. I'm still yet to shoot a really good waterfall shot and am still learning too.

Thanks for repying from down under. I shot this handheld 17-85 IS at 41mm f20 1/10 sec 100 ISO . Not too bad for my shaking hands ,I want to go back and get more in center facing on to get rest problem was I was in shade a little ,but I like the green . Post your shots , Good day

Agreed, this photo definitely needs a better angle. I think the exposure is a little dark too, I don't think you would lose any detail opening the aperture up a tad.

I appreciate the honest opinions .I agree I need to go back in raw and slide a little more for exposure.The beauty of raw .I love the green wall though .
