Finally got round to posting these fox cubs at a local den, as mentioned in a previous reply to Wallace River these are not in a good place for photography, halfway down a culvert that can only be accessed from a path next to a fast busy road, it's impossible to get any distance between you and the den with it in view, which means to them you are silhouetted against the sky.
When I first found them they were quite curious of me, but as they've got older are more wary and rarely stay out for long if I hang around, so I do not spend a lot of time with them.
Lighting is poor as well, I've never seen them out first thing in the morning when light is best, only in the evenings when they are in deep shadow.

and mum bringing home what looks like a choux pastry...
