I have a couple Yongnuo flashed and i love them! My 1 year old, hardly used YN560III was working the other day, but now it always fires full power no matter what!
I've seen this issue online, anybody have a solution or deal with their support?

I was able to replace a flash tube (broken when someone knocked my flash onto the floor) by myself for $10 and had a good look at the internals.
