Would you take photobooth pictures for free during wedding using client's gear setup and printer?

A client has asked if I don't mind taking photobooth pictures at her wedding using her gear (she's a photographer). She would like for me to do it during open dance floor time. Would you charge a small fee or do it for free?

you're already getting paid for the time correct..? you're still taking photos just in a different area than you had planned.

if you are already getting paid for the time, why would you double charge them. if it involves extra time on you part, then a discussion is in order.

When it ceases to be fun, it will be time to walk away

If your already being paid for that time, your not expected to take other photos as well, why not it's less editing at the end of the day too.

If she wants you to take dance floor photos and booth photos I would decline or charge extra for an assistant.

I dont think were is enough info in this post for me to give an opinion. Do you know how to use her gear? Do you think you should get paid? Only you know what point you're at.

What are photobooth pictures anyway? A photobooths usually takes pics itself.

Location matters too. In Canada, whoever presses the button owns the copyright and the photos, regardless of whomever the gear belongs to. Is she aware of this and is there a contract in place already 'twixt you and her? If so, what does it say about this?
