Can you talk more about what you were trying to accomplish with the first pose. It looks like a stretch?
Also, for second pic, on my monitor the light on her face is a little bright and the dark side too dark? idk, looking for closer stops between the two. Just a bit bright for my taste. I do like the pose and the way you did your lighting. nice work here

Yeha the first I was going for a hamstring stretch kinda pose. Too weird?

It's more like she has my flexibility not a complete pull of the stretch to its limit. At least I hope she can pull it further.

Haha what can I say it wouldnt look good as a pose if she was actually streching. I think she would get the old amputee look if she did.

I actually tried the same look a few other times and this one was the best. I hate to show you the ones that worked less

First one, clone out the random hair across her forehead. Also, with that pose, either full length or use a different pose, losing the planted foot makes it feel odd and out of place to me. Thats actually a quad stretch as she's shortening the hamstring. For it to be a true quad stretch her leg being bent/stretched should be behind her.

I like the second one but...cutting her off mid-butt was weird.

For the crop on the 2nd I see what you mean. For most of the others I followed the rule of crop at a slimmer point (usually having them cross legs and cropping above the knees)

Don't be afraid to use hard light across the body to pull out those abs, then softer light for a bit of fill on-axis

A couple of fills
