Mounting 2 flash units to a bar attached to tripod

Looking for a bar to mount to my tripod that I can attach 2 flash units to. I'll attach a couple of ball heads to this bar so I can tilt and adjust flash direction. Ideally 'd like to get the flash units 18"-24" apart so a bar approx that length would be required

There are a few manufactures that make a Cross Bar that sits on a light stand.
The two that come to mind are Tether Tools and Manfroto.
I have the Tether Tools Rock Solid Tripod Cross Bar. I use it
with a Tether Tools table to have a solid work area supporting a laptop or tablet.

Make your own. Cut bar to length, drill 1/4" hole in middle for spigot, screw spigot to bar, mount in Varos II flash swivel. Drill holes and install spigots for width you want to mount flash units apart. Modify how ever you wish. Add a Rapid adapter to the middle hole instead of a spigot and mount directly to a light stand without the flash swivel.

I use this arm to mount camera for overhead shots. I would add a couple of Super Clamps if I needed to mount flashes.

I've ordered a Vanguard Multi Mount, 2 flash stand brackets and 2 swivel ball heads. I have 2 Canon 600 flash units and a Canon ST E3 Rt so I should be good to go. Thanks for the suggestions
