Some shots of visitors to my backyard feeders. I grabbed this shot of the reflection of a Hummingbird. He was being difficult, wanting to stay to the backside of the feeder.

These next 2 are of a Dickcissel. He was new to my yard. He resembles a Meadowlark, which is what I first thought. However the beak, and total coloring didn't match. So after some considerable research, I learned what type of bird he is.

Long-Necked House Finch???

Well they are House Finches. This is a cropped image, where I caught the close one with his head poked inside the feeder while the far one was peaking around the corner. I cropped out the left side, which shows the tail.

Haha,

The L-NHF is classic - nice one.

The Dickcissel is a handsome chap.

Thanks for sharing

Kev
