I'm looking at buying some LEE filters before my trip to Bali next month, but getting overwhelmed with the different types and brands.

I'm thinking of getting the following items so far:
LEE Foundation Kit
LEE CPL 105mm + Adaptor Ring (That price... OUCH!)
LEE Big Stopper
LEE 0.9 ND Grad (Should I get hard or soft?)

Can anyone give their thoughts, recommendations or alternatives? The price for the CPL seems ludicrous, can I get any other decent CPL's that would work with the LEE system?
Also, any recommendations on good third-party filter holders would be nice (How quick does 'The Filter Dude' ship internationally?)

I have the first three. Haven't gotten any grads as it can be done in Lightroom and I can erase the effect from anything that I don't want affected.

Maybe i am late to answer, but why don't you look at Haida or Nisi filter system? they are cheaper than LEE, and even their filters from reviews are slightly better than LEE ones, and the best thing is that you can go with glass filters which i believe is better than resign to a degree, so give that a look and good luck in your choices.
