Planning on heading to DV next month, been there in the summer before and know what it's like. But this time the goal is night photography. I want to arrive in the evening, shoot all night, shoot some sunrise, and then sleep all day in an air conditioned hotel room.

I'm hoping someone knows of a hotel that allows early check-in, like before 10AM. Otherwise i would have to book check in the night before and basically not use the room til the next morning.

.

My recommendation would be:

Instead of looking for a motel with an early check-in, I would call motels and ask if they charge extra for an early check-in. In other words, you're asking if they are willing to change their normal check-in time to accommodate you. I have done this on several occasions (but usually I am requesting late checkout instead of early checkin), and only been refused one time. Every other time, the motel people were willing to change their normal schedule to accommodate me, at no extra charge.

Most motels, at least the ones I stay in, only rent a small percentage of their rooms, and most of the rooms sit vacant night after night after night. Hence, an early check-in shouldn't require them to have to clean a room early, as there are probably a bunch of clean rooms just sitting there waiting for someone to rent them.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
