If I were you, I'd dust off my Photoshop skills; between those last two you have an easy fix and a perfectly good bird.

Clipped is clipped....what to do?

Expand the "canvas", that is make a larger blue sky. Cut the left, perfectly good left wing of the bottom one and put it in position on the other one. But if you don't know how to do it, explaining all the steps in detail is more than I care to do. I don't use Photoshop too much anymore, but I value the skills I learned for the occasional fix like this. I clipped a toe off one of the best in flight eagle shots I ever got, but you'd never know it now.
