This is the pier at Avila Beach California. Avila is a wonderful small beach town with a beautiful beach great for long evening walks. It's a nice summer getaway, very peaceful with nothing to do but watch the ocean. Hope you enjoy.

Nice shot Kevin. Was there any reason for shooting at ISO400? Or are you just like me and can forget to check all settings before shooting? ;)

No actually John I was using a 2 stop CP filter and it was a very cloudy day. I also wanted as much DOF as I could and still have a decent shutter speed. Thanks for asking.
