I just saw this on craigslist and was like "Huh???"

T5i Mark II with a 15-135mm L STM

Why would someone go to this effort? Just having fun?

Google search the image. It pops up on blogs, cameraegg, dpreview, etc. I suspect everyone was using the same source image that was later tampered with.

Hmmmmm. Maybe the fact that you are posting it here on POTN, but are not the one who took the picture?
I have no problem with anyone doing that, but the POTN rulemakers seem to. I wish it wasn't a rule, I truly do.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

I've seen this image around the web, including Craigs List. Once you get past the confusion of nothing making sense, and the image being modified, it can't be taken seriously.

He can afford a camera like that (supposedly) but is too cheapskate to pay more than $1 to learn how to use it. On yer bike!

Posting a link to someone elses picture isn't against the rules...

The image was posted at the time of Tom's response, and the OP has since corrected it. Regardless, given the type of image and its proliferation everywhere it doesn't seem like much of a worry.
