I haven't quite gotten photography down on the drone, but I did this video entirely with a DJI Spark. This was my first foray into video editing, and I really enjoyed it. I'm going to be adding a DSLR to the mix to get back into photography and do some more videography to where I'm not limited only by the drone itself.

I've already learned a good bit from this process, and realize a few things I could do differently to make it more immersive and better, so I might do a re-edit later. I've already got some ideas for more video shoots around town I want to do.

A heads up for Canadians or those who intend to visit Canada & fly a drone while here. Effective June 1 new laws come into effect & although they look to be for drones they are actually the laws for anything RC that exceeds 250 grams & flies. Members of MAAC have been exempted as long as they abide by MAAC's safety rules but at the current time we haven't been advised if the exemption also works for AMA members.
