TRhoads Cream of the Crop  More info | Sep 25, 2016 16:44 | #604 I just had to have time...shot some pieces for my boss...she makes custom art glass, hand made, blown stuff..I am always fascinated by the little wiggles and curves and how smooth it is in the end...so this is actually one of her pieces that I have purchased for my own art collection...my favorite color is blue...so set against the fading greens in the backyard...one day I am going to go do a shoot with her while she works in the studio... Alfredo’s “Stained Glass Ceiling” is an absolute work of art painstakingly acquired and perfect, However… I’ve chosen TR’s “Blue Vase” because it shows how glass can be manipulated and it captures the colours and the flow in the glass perfectly also combined with the narrow DOF and only framing a portion of the Vase gives this photographer’s perspective on the glass art work without conflicting with the actual artist who produced the work.
